The Neighborhood Farm Initiative invites you to their main demonstration garden at the Fort Totten site. Enjoy time working in the garden from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm harvesting sweet potatoes (hopefully to enjoy at our Film and Food event, yum!).

Participants are advised to bring clothes they don’t mind getting dirty. NFI will supply all the tools and gloves. At noon we will be having a pot-luck. Bring a dish to share and include a list of ingredients, extra points for local/seasonal dishes!
